Summer Weights Schedule

The summer weight room schedule will be twice a day on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 8 am and 6:30 pm. On Friday we will only have the 8 am group and there will be no weights on Wednesday.

There will be two parts to each group, a lifting part that will last for 45-60 min and a speed and agility part that will last 30-45 min. Even though we do the speed and agility training outside (the kids will need some type of cleats) it applies to and will benefit all sports including our indoor sports. This is not football specific training–this is athlete specific training and is designed to increase the strength, power, speed, agility and durability of all our athletes both male and female.
