Superintendent Evaluation
Agenda Section: Action
Action Choices: Action
Additional Information: January is generally the month where boards across the state conduct Superintendent Evaluation. Most boards do not conduct evaluations of the superintendent with staff members. Our board does, and has done at the request of Mr. Dunn, for the 11 years he has been here. In this meeting Mr. Dunn will provide this evaluation to the board in open meeting. Then in Executive Session the board will excuse Mr. Dunn and the public and discuss whether not they wish to add a year to his contract. Most superintendents are on a rolling 3 year contract. Adding one year to Mr. Dunn's contract would make his contract good for another three years.
