Change in Block Schedule at ValleyView

Additional Information: Mr. Miller is recommending a change in the block schedule at ValleyView. He would like to move from a yearly 13 block schedule to 15 blocks for the 2017-2018 school year. It will shorten the amount of time students are out of class after completing a credit.

5th Grade
Diane Inama has been nominated as a teacher who makes a difference. Mrs. Inama started teaching in Sugar-Salem School District in 1990. She has devoted twenty-seven years to the success of students in our community. She currently teaches 5th Grade at Kershaw and will be retiring at the end of the school year. Read below to recognize how she creates a positive and caring atmosphere in her classroom.
Paige Harris - She is always caring about others.
Asia Thurber - Loves her sense of humor...she isn't just an ordinary teacher "she's just special". "Students in the 4th grade are definitely going to be missing out."
Tillman Allen - She is very patient, and always helps us when we need help. Loved putting together their poetry packets that Mrs. Inama loves to teach.
Mrs. Stewart - One word that describes Mrs. Inama is "Dedication". She has always put her whole heart and soul into everything she does.
Thank you for making a difference! You will be missed.
