Additional Information: TO: SUGAR-SALEM BOARD OF DIRECTORS FROM: SUGAR-SALEM FOOD SERVICES DATE: JULY 21, 2015 SUBJECT: Need for increase in school lunch prices Due to an increase in food prices it has become necessary for us to increase our lunch prices for SY2015-16. The proposed price increase are as follows: Reduced lunch remains .40 Full price lunch at Central Elementary and Kershaw Intermediate schools from $2.20 to $2.25 Full price lunch at Jr. High and Sr. High schools from $2.40 to $2.50 Adult lunch from $3.45 to $3.50 Adult Breakfast from $1.60 to $1.65 Breakfast to students is provided at no cost to all students. Additional Information: After the situation, on a state level, last spring concerning issues with the IEN, ENA, and broadband access and the state contract Governor Otter appointed a group of legislators to study broadband access. Their fist meeting was July 20, 2015. Mr. Dunn presented to this committee and will share his presentation with the board.
